    v Community Newsletter delivered to all home by Jayne Henderson & daughters (Jan,   March , May ,July, Sept. & Nov.)

v Monthly weeding & trimming of common areas by volunteers & lawn service

v Monthly updates and greetings at community bulletin board @ entrance by volunteers

v Cleaned all Street & Traffic signs in the Glens (March)

v Trimmed plants &sprayed weeds mailbox area on Bent Oak  by volunteers (March, April, May June, July, Aug, Sept. & Oct.)

v Tree removals & trimming by tree service & volunteers   (Jan. April & May)         

v Landscaping of front entrance islands including sod replacement (November)

v Front sign electric outlet repaired and moved higher on sign

v Welcome Wagon effort to welcome new neighbors in the community by volunteer Jim Stoute year round

v Community entrance 3 circles & street curbs & gutters professionally pressure cleaned (November)

v 3 Trespassing Signs posted on back easement
