Trash Pickup
Trash pickup for our neighborhood is scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling items are picked up on Thursday. Yard waste is picked up on Wednesday. For more information on trash pickup, holiday schedules and the recycling program please visit the city’s website.
Tree Trimming
If you planning to remove or trim trees on your property you MUST get a permit from the city and an approved ARC form from the HOA. To read more about what the City of Altamonte Springs requires please visit their website and download the city’s permit.
