The roads in our development will begin to get paving on May 13. The project will last till May 16. It will be conducted in phases. Please see below for more details.
Monday 05/13- Milling GREEN sections on map (Quail Walk Dr., Lost Creek Ct., Bent Oak Trail, & Buttonwood Cir,). NO cars should be parked on the street*. Driving throughout is still possible, but somewhat limited.
Tuesday 05/14- All milling to be completed, GREEN (Quail Walk Dr., Lost Creek Ct., Bent Oak Trail, & Buttonwood Cir,) and BLUE (Glens Entrance/Exit & Leatherwood Dr.) sections on the map. Start paving GREEN sections on the map. NO cars should be parked on the streets*. One lane shall be left open for access while paving.
Wednesday 05/15- Paving BLUE section on map, NO cars should be parked on the streets*. One lane shall be left open for access while paving.
Thursday 05/16- Install stop bars, RMP’s, and clean up any related debris.
The intent of the paving contractor is to keep one lane open at all times on the streets being paved. Access might be somewhat inconvenient but will be possible. We ask your patience for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If the paving schedule is changed at the last minute due to weather, a notice will be posted with the new schedule at the Glens entry.
*IMPORTANT ITEM TO NOTE: NO CARS CAN BE PARKED ON ANY OF THE STREETS DURING THE PAVING OPERATIONS. IF A CAR IS LEFT ON THE STREET, IT WILL HAVE TO BE TOWED AND AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE. TOWING COMPANY AND FEE TO BE DETERMINED.
